35 River Side Drive King Ash Bay

Here's the lay of the land. There are only 26 residential blocks on the river. Six of those are commercial operators.
 Wow! still pinching ourselves.

Yellow pin = 35 Riverside Drive, opposite the 9 hole golf coarse.
With walking and biking tracks all over the area, just watch out for the scrub bulls and snakes!

We knew the residence as it's next door to our good friend Robin and Jack (departed) whom we meet on the track into King Ash Bay on our 1st visit back in 2006.
Thus not quite purchased sight unseen.
