Port Lincoln - Local and House

No wind overnight but COLD!

0700hrs getting organized, FJ out, van in the shed by 0730hrs.

As soon as I walked into the shed I could hear
the buggers – BIRD’S on the roof = Pigeons.

Dropped by Bridgestone to order King rims X 4, mining spec. 2,100kg – no stock until 27th Oct. Now on back order.

On inspection a nest with 2 young under the solar panels, gaff not long enough, made up a 8/0 hook gaff on the end of a rod = 2 dead pigeons, then pulled the nesting material out and washed and brushed down the roof section under the panels.

I will return to get the parents when they roost up for the night – 1930 hrs. Alas no PIGEONS = BUGGER!
Unpack Troopy, unload tinnie trailer and started to assemble – fractured sway bar, down to Link Weld to get fixed
Weeding whilst the roof is still wet, and Nev. was getting some bird netting laying around at Jodie's place.

This will stop the 'BUGGER"
'GRUNT" straps ex- KAB Dump, drilled out and new
shock cord installed - ripper hooks
